- Well we can all tell which one CLEARLY wins above all. No? I guess not. Anyways, between the two they're both FABULOUS both physically and fashionistically (It can be a word! ..I hope) so what can be avoided from those fating foods that kill the fitness of our bodies are to stay active.

- Running up the stairs because your phone battery is dying isn't considered a exercise to your body (Believe it or not), So let me tell you the ways of getting slim without telling you all of those "Eat healthier" crud the magazines tell us. The link underneath this blog helps perfectly for weight-loss and loosing stomach fat and of course a 10 to 15 minute cardio helps as well because, guess which 125 pounder has been typing to you for advise all this time? This girl, A picture revealing who I am might be out soon, or maybe be like the celebrity Sia and be anonymous 😼 ..I just might do that instead.

- So the advise in this segment is kick butt and good luck on keeping active!

Don't give up- think of it as being important as brushing your teeth everyday. After doing that you'd immediately do your cardios, shower, then continue on your day to wake up to a better you the next day. You can do it 👊😼
