although magazines try helping the public (the readers) on ways to become the way the models keep themselves in shape,sometimes they decide to keep the way the models REALLY get them by either plastic surgery or actual (and this is true) Leg Raises,Squats,and Crunches for the perfect body.as for males: Weight lifting,Push-Ups with Dumbbells,and Bar Body Lifts.
- Don't let yourself get intimidated by the way they look! instead,try writing a list of (preferably my suggestions) workouts that you would do for at least an hour in the mornings because according to World Wrestling Entertainer Brianna Garcia implied that her twin sister Nicole Garcia and herself do an hour exercise so they can continue their day healthy.
My advise?
Do those exercises everyday for an hour,you'll be surprised by what results you'll get! but remember don't get stressed into doing them,heads up: that can give you hives!!
